Maybe you came across VEIMIA while looking for a bra that would sit more comfortably beneath your work clothes. Maybe you wanted support without feeling restricted. Or perhaps you simply wanted to get dressed in the morning without having to think too much about your underwear.

We know those choices are personal. What feels easy and comfortable to one woman may feel entirely different to another. That's why we're grateful each time you choose to explore what we make, tell us what matters to you, or give us another chance to get the details right.

Our anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate the women behind those everyday choices. That includes you.

Where Our Story Began

Our story traces back to a fitting room in Tokyo in 2019. The problem was familiar: finding lingerie that offered fuller-busted women the support they wanted, without asking them to set comfort or their own sense of style aside.

That experience became the starting point for a belief we still hold close:

“Comfort should be a right, not a luxury.”

In 2021, we introduced our first minimizer bra for fuller busts. It wasn't the end of the story. It was a beginning: one way of rethinking the relationship between fit, support and how a woman feels when she wears something made for her.

Our brand story shares more about that journey. Here, we'd rather keep the focus on what has stayed with us along the way.

The Everyday Moments We've Shared

When we think about the place lingerie has in life, we rarely think first about a special occasion. We think about the hours in between.

The journey to work on a warm morning. A quiet afternoon at home. The last-minute outfit change before seeing friends. The small relief of finding something that fits the way you'd hoped.

These moments may look ordinary from the outside, but they're where comfort can make a difference. And they're the moments we keep in mind when thinking about what women need from their everyday essentials.

There isn't one definition of a good day, just as there isn't one definition of the perfect bra. We hope what you wear leaves you free to decide what matters most about yours.

What We Believe In, Then and Now

Our designs have evolved, and the conversations around fit and body confidence continue to evolve too. Some things, though, feel just as important as when we began.

We believe support should feel reassuring rather than demanding. We believe comfort deserves as much attention as appearance. And we believe a woman should be able to choose how she wants to look and feel, without being told there's only one right answer.

That might mean preferring a smoother silhouette on one day and embracing a different shape the next. It might mean choosing softness over structure, or looking for both. We don't think those preferences need an explanation.

To us, those words are less about having a perfect day and more about feeling at ease in your own life. We still have details to refine, feedback to hear and better questions to ask. We're grateful to have the chance to keep doing that work.
